Founded in the year 2000, we began as a small team serving local residential and commercial clients in Umm Al Quwain. Over the years, our consistent performance, reliability, and innovative solutions allowed us to expand our reach to every emirate in the UAE.

Since arriving in the United Arab Emirates in August 1994, Joy Ramachandran has dedicated his career to building a legacy of excellence in the construction, MEP, and building maintenance industry.
An Electrical Engineer by profession, he began his entrepreneurial journey in 1995 by establishing Al Banayi Building Maintenance and Lucky Star General Maintenance in Dubai. Driven by a vision to deliver comprehensive engineering and maintenance solutions under one trusted brand, he consolidated these ventures in 2000 to establish Rashid Humaid Elect. & Plumbing Installation Co. LLC.
With over 32 years of industry experience, Joy Ramachandran has successfully led the company through continuous growth, earning the trust of leading organisations across the UAE. His expertise, technical excellence, and unwavering commitment to quality have positioned the company as a reliable partner for electrical, plumbing, civil, fit-out, and facility maintenance solutions.
